Paddleboarding - Get a Sup Instructor

Standup Paddleboarding is a great way to explore, keep fit, socialise, de-stress and build core strength. Using oversized, stable surfboards with specially adapted paddles, it’s one of the easiest water sports to learn – especially with our expert tuition

Land paddling

Land Paddling, aka Street SUP, is a combination of Long Boarding and Standup Paddleboarding. Long Boarding was born when land bound surfers sought to recreate the joy of the surf on city streets. It’s an exhilarating way to get around the Urban Jungle!

Indo Board - balance boarding

Indo Boarding really is “the Board Sport for Everyone Everywhere.” Inside or out, it's great fun and a fantastic core workout.

Core Muscle Fitness

Every time you move, your body uses “core” muscles to hold you steady.  These core muscles lie deep within the “trunk” of the body, attached to the spine, pelvis and muscles that support the shoulder blades. Core muscles stabilise these areas to create a firm foundation for co-ordinated movement.
