The Fen Paddle Company was born from our own passion for Paddle Boarding, and our love for the East Anglia region. Since 2009 we’ve been working hard to share this with the rest of the world. East Anglia, and indeed all of the UK, is the perfect place to experience the latest in core sports.
We’ve been busy all winter preparing for what we hope will be a fantastic summer season. We’ve expanded the company with new sports, new premises, and industry-leading corporate packages. We’ve invested in both top-notch equipment and high calibre instructors, to bring you the best possible experience.
Roland Gurner, or Roly to his friends, founded Fen Paddle Company simply because he wanted to share his enthusiasm for Paddleboarding with as many people as possible. Roly’s a talented, knowledgeable coach who’s been teaching water sports for more than 20 years.
And with Fen Paddle Company’s latest innovations, the fun doesn’t have to stop at the waterside. We’re loving the new board sport in town – Land Paddling. So much more than skateboarding, with Land Paddling you use long boards to zoom around the streets, and there’s a handy paddle for getting up those pesky hills.
Even the British weather won’t stop you getting on board. With our new Indo-boards, you can challenge your core anytime, anywhere.
Everything we do comes from our own love of Board Sports, so we understand exactly what our customers are looking for! Whatever your level of experience, we can advise you, tailoring instruction and equipment to your individual need.
We have the largest fleet of demo, hire and school boards anywhere in the country.
For 2010 we’re carrying boards from Starboard, Red Paddle, Surf Series, Indo board, Kahuna Creations, Comet and Carver. Hire starts from just £10, and you can buy from £95! Once you’ve mastered the basics with one of our instructors, you can be confident in that all important first purchase.
